The following most recent photos were taken during an open house with the previous Mayor of Ottawa, and City Councillors, held to encourage input and feedback regarding city development and planning. This event took place on Feb. 21st, 2003 at Pinecrest Recreation Complex, Ottawa ON Canada.

Having met Rick prior to this open house
when he was lobbying in the Pinecrest Recreation Complex, Madalsa was impressed with the sincere
presence and kindness with which he had
extended his future availability for help regarding any issues that might need addressing in this
his ward, and the community at large.

Madalsa is delighted and honored to have had
this particular opportunity to interact with these prominent, highly skilled and effective people,
who are helping create and maintain the foundation of what has made the community
of Nepean most valued.

Madalsa has taught for the City of Ottawa 
 and the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board - Continuing Education since 1987, and has given Yoga, Meditation & Music - lecture/cum demonstrations at Carleton University, Algonquin College, Canterbury Arts, and the International Meditation Institute of Ottawa. She recently moved to the district of Nepean over a year ago, and plans to continue developing and offering a variety of courses for the community, with the support and encouragement of program co-ordinator - Maureen Wright of Pinecrest Recreation Complex.
